Solo Fights with bad PKs & Thieves
I've been farming the new orc camps in the vain hope
I will ever find an orcish bow. I have killed 75+ orc scouts,
and I still don't have one.
Outside of Vesper, a thief named Lockout was making
a pain of himself. Trying to guard kill people who went gray from looting
orcs and stealing stuff from the orcs while others fought them.
I warned him to back off and stop, but he didn't.
In fact, he told me to "make him" stop.
So I did.
This really, really pissed Lockout off.
He called me a "newbie" and tried to steal from me after
he just ressed. I reskilled him.
Then he got really ticked and got equipped to fight.
He came out to fight me, so I obliged.
We was running back into town calling "guards"
when I got the final blow.
Later, I headed out to the Compassion Desert to visit
my log cabin and kill a few earth elementals.
WoodChIpPeR of THC attacked me.
He died to my meager skills.
Being a Good Guy, I ressed him.
I didn't even kill his horse.
I guess I should have fully looted his corpse.
After ressing, he whipped out his halberd, hopped on his
horse and attacked again.
This time, I killed him, his horse, and dry looted his sorry
ass.
Thanks for the halberd of power. My axer friends will love it.
I dumped Wood's lewt and headed back out.
Melkain of Murderer, INC showed up and attacked.
I killed him.
Is the caliber of PK dropping?
My PvP skills are nothing special and these guys fell like
NPCs on my greater poisoned kryss.
Melkain had a full pack of lewt that I happily sorted in my
cabin.
He had so much stuff, it took two trips to fully loot him.
Gank squads rule Siege? Bah.
Solo fighting is alive and well.
Here's a little gem I saw captured in a screenshot.
Corra is a 'sploiter wannabe!
Remember, if you actually log into UO, it can be as much fun as IRC.
