BLD and SAS have been at war for a while now with not many battles.
I think that SAS is on earlier in the night than BLD and that SAS spends
more time in dungeons ganking KK and Order types. BLD has been on
treasure hunts and wandering aimlessly in the new lands. I
think that BLD has made a few runs on Trinsic and gakked Grimm once while
he led a meditation session on the roof.
I decided that I wanted some action so I went to Trinsic solo to look for action. I made up my mind to not to recall if in trouble. I thought that if I didn't recall maybe it would lead to more sporting fights. There had been reskilling and bad blood early in the war. I was hoping that we would be able to focus on having fun with PvP rather than the loot. I've probably gone to Trinsic five times now solo to fight. I
usually end up dieing and then getting reskilled several times while I
attempt to go home. I had my screen shot saver running for a few
fights.
When I got to the bank I think I saw Grinch first, and he attacked. I started in with him and got close to ganking him when a blue healer helped him out. By that time, Krypta had showed up and tried to paralyze me. I ran southeast to get away from the bank. It's possible to kill two by yourself, but not with healers around. |

They keep up the paralyze attempts, but as soon as I would get frozen
Grinch would hit me and free me up. He wasn't connecting much so
his tactics must be lower than mine. Finally they realized that the
best tactic was for Krypta to us the bow and Grinch to close in with the
spear. I really couldn't win at his point. The poison had worn
off my sword and archery doesn't work well with two targets.

The next time, I went to Trinsic to find a couple SAS (Krypta &
others) off the stone and blue to me. I ICQed Grimm to come and fight
or send some real SAS. I strutted around Trinsic Bank for a while.
I saw Grimm's name come up on Allnames on the roof above the bank.
I ran up the stairs to find a dragon waiting up there. Grimm had
moved to the regular bank roof and had it attack me from down there.
Grimm is the one on the horse with an orange shirt. Well, fighting
a dragon in town is a bad idea. I had almost made it down the stairs
before the second fireball snuffed me.

Why make a page about getting killed? Well, isn't it better to
play the game and have fun rather than sit in a house counting loot and
macroing? The PvP can be fun if the other side wants to have fun too. |
